I am not even half way done.
Every year while canning, I remember real quick why I don't like doing it.
I just have a little too much OCD. But it's worth it....sometimes.

I love it, too! It's worth it.
Even though it's so messy, isn't it a great feeling when you see it after every thing is cleaned up?
