{FOUR}

Click to enlarge picture and get the 'full effect!' Gross.....

That is the number of stitches little man Parker T had to get this morning.

They strapped him to the board....He screamed, Mom cried {alot}.

Playing with Taylor's little pink and purple princess bike will never be the same when the memories of hitting his eye on the fallen bike (handle bar is the culprit) and seeing Dr. Hanson at church.

Poor kid. He's sleeping like a baby now.

To determine if stitches were needed, a call to my sister was made...pictures taken and e-mailed to confirm my fear. I love technology. :) I also love that she has three older BOYS that she has spent many hours in the emergency room with AND she's my go-to person with advise about kids, car seats, kid gear, rashes, colds etc. Thanks Melissa!

Pics of 'after' will come when he is awake and a little happier.

Oh my goodness, that just isn't fair to see stitches on his cute little face. I feel so bad for Parker (and you). Anytime blood is involved with my children, I freak out! Hope it heals quickly!

Poor Parker! I still find it funny that he is stuffing a marshmallow in his mouth in that one picture! I am glad that my kids antics are of help to someone, since they usually just give me a headache. :)

Oh I'm so sorry. If you go to Richie's blog (my son) their baby girl (Sophia) just went through the same thing. I think it was the same side. She got 11 stitches and it looks really good now. Poor Baby!

Oh poor Parker!! Good thing he's so young and he'll forget that horrible experience of actually getting the stitches! I miss your cute kids...and you of course!

Poor little guy. I think I would handle the ER very well with them strapping your kid down. I hope he is doing much better now.

oh how aweful, poor little guy. My friend out here just went through that about a month ago with her one year old and she totally was crying when they had to strap him down! I hope he is doing much better.
