My life has finally slowed down enough that I can catch up on my blogs. All last week Taylor and I hung out with my sister Gina and brother Jeff in Utah(and families). I got to experience the whole missionary MTC farewell, kind of. Taylor was a little cranky so I was in the mother's lounge most of the time. But I did witness the goodbye's between the missionaries and their loved ones-it really wasn't as bad as people have said. Maybe because I only see my nephew once a year, if I am lucky and my sister did the "band-aid" method of saying goodbye. Taylor was definitely ready to be home and stay out of the car for a while. On Saturday we went to 7 peaks and it was cooler and rainy so I basically kept her in the stroller covered by a towel to keep her warm and dry. Sunday was the day for my sister to visit with some old friends and some of Craig's (her hubby) family. We stayed out way past her bedtime that she pretty much SCREAMED the whole way back to my brother's house. Just to quickly fall asleep, wake up screaming, then back to sleep for a good part of the night. The next two days were full of SHOPPING! Last minute necessities for my nephew and a few winter outfits for Taylor later and we were on the road back to Idaho. I pretty much had to ride in the very crammed back seat with her to keep her from fussing the whole way home. Just to get here and her come down with a cold. Long sleepless nights of stuffy noses and sleeping on her bedroom floor so I don't have to walk across the hall 50 thousand times (since it's so far!) I am also feeling a "sharp bump" coming through the bottom gum so I think we might have a tooth to add into the mix. After the two days of Wilkins' Reunion fun I am spent! I am pretty glad that I haven't had to make a lot of bows and am able to relax! Tomorrow is a new day and it's back to our usual routine of going to the Club to work out and then pretty much stay at home...Until Thursday/Friday when it's back into the car to go and visit Grandpa Theron- At least I get a few days of rest!
