Easter Weekend Activities

The blog-o-sphere is just crammed with Easter weekend posts....

Here's mine to add to the mix :)

Saturday afternoon was spent at my Mom & Dad's (with them gone to the temple!) with Melissa and her kids and Christy (in-law) and her crew. After playing for awhile, it was time to dye eggs.

We had a 'No Fingers in the dye' rule, the only one that broke it was little Zander...and then he decided to wipe his hands on his new shirt to clean them off. :)

While the big kids were busy, the two babies played 'nicely' on the floor. Okay, so Parker thought it was fun to lay on top of Madison. But she didn't mind.....much.

I told Christy it was pay back for all the times Zander tackled and laid on Taylor.....until I went to find the picture and I realized it was TAYLOR that would tackle Zander and I came to the conclusion that my kids are brutes....

(Taylor and Zander are 6 weeks apart and then Parker and Madison are 10 weeks apart.)

Sunday was pictures before church, church, visits to Troy's Mom & my Grandma (they are both in the same Assisted Living place) then off to my parents again for some yummy dinner and then an Easter egg hunt.
Each kid had their own assigned color of egg to find so the 'hunt' went great! Taylor was just excited to find the eggs and then THRILLED when she opened them up to find candy was inside!

The Easter Bunny found us....Taylor LOVES her Tinkerbell doll. Parker just loves cars or things that move like cars....tractors here we come :)

The End.

Looks like you had lots of fun! I'm glad I live in Canada so my grand kids can't die eggs at my house since I barely let my own kids do it and I didn't own anything nice back then! :)
Looks like you had a great Easter weekend!
Oh and I love how cute the Easter baskets are.
