3.5 Months

I took Parker in for a well baby check up yesterday. He is a super easy going baby, but he has my genes for sure.....he cried the entire time while at his visit. Taylor was the same way when she was little. Since the nurses/doctor were more interested in Parker, Taylor was fine while we were there (if they were trying to measure/weigh her she would have been freaking out!). She even tried to copy the nurse and *remeasure* Parker on the table.

Stats:
13 lbs. 10 oz. (50th %)
25" long (75th %) !!!!

He is super long, we are almost having to retire his 3-6 month jammies because he is out growing them already, but only in length. All his 3-6 clothes fit great, if not still a little too big!

*Sleeps WONDERFUL! Can we say all night??? Yes we can! LOVE IT!
Bed time is between 7:30 & 8:00 and I usually don't hear another peep from him until about 7:00 the next morning!
*Go with the flow kind of kid-usually only cries when he is hungry, wet/poopy, tired. Change his scenery once in awhile and he is a pretty happy camper. Well, unless it's to tummy time, then it is tears galore!
*He has learned to keep a close eye on his sister. The minute he sees her he keeps a close watch!
*Smiley, Smiley, Smiley! My favorite smile is right in the morning or after naps when I go to get him out of bed, he looks up at me with the biggest grin there is!
*Trying to giggle. I can get a few squeals out of him but haven't quite got a full chuckle....soon, I can feel it!
*Loves bath time. The only time he ever cried during a bath was the sponge baths when he was itty bitty. Now, plop him in the water and he is smiling away at you...even after big sis pours a cup full of water on his head!
*Starting to really interact with his toys. Lights and fans are still his favorite though. But you can lay him on his play mat and he loves to bat his toys around.

Being such an easy laid back baby has definitely helped with the transition to two!

He sounds a lot like Jonas... except for the weight part, haha. Thank goodness for easy going babies the second time around! Sometimes I wonder if it's cause they don't get the same amount of attention? Maybe cause we don't go sprinting at every tiny peep they make? Sometimes I wonder, but either way, THANK GOODNESS!

He is such a cutie! I'm jealous that he is sleeping for 12 hours through the night. Someday... Right now I'm just working on getting him to stay asleep for a good 3 or 4. Errggh! I blame it on all the crazy traveling. I loved the story about the jump rope. Too funny. Cute blog!
