Memory Game

I have seen this little game going around to alot of blogs and finally caved and added it to mine...

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments.

Okay, so I have to think back 20 years, how do I choose which memories?

I remember how much more mature you were in primary than Carrol and I. You would sit quietly with your legs crossed while me and Carrol were loud and never tought about crossing our legs. :)

I remember being the one sent out to get rid of your boyfriends when you were in a fight.

I remember the only reason I ever ate dinner in college was because you made it and you always did the dishes.

I remember lots of track bus rides. The crazy coed ones. And the sit and have great talks with just the girl ones.

I remember late nights braiding hair before girls camp.

I remember the first time someone broke up with me, you made me laugh with the dancing macoroni on your computer.

I remember tubbing battle wounds from some crazy boat drivers. I think we smacked head once so hard I had a headache forever!

oh, so many wonderful, funny memories! Thanks Lish

Too many memories to mention... I remember my first day of kindergarten walking down the sidewalk and looking back and seeing you with your face pressed against the window crying because I was leaving you. As much as you drove me nuts when we were little I remember missing you so much when you would go visit Gina in the summer. Fighting with you over the phone when we were teenagers. Doing your prom makeup, doing you wedding makeup... My life wouldn't be complete without my little sis! Love ya lish!

So many memories. I love this game because it reminds me of ALL the many memories we all had together. I do remember that, in Sunday School when Em and I were probably so annoying to everyone because we just laughed and talked the whole time and you were so mature, like any girl our age should have been :0). AND, yes, I remember that night in your 'getaway' car very well. Remember the diving board, who jumped off, and what they were wearing?!?!? Don't tell me you forgot that part!! I remember our braiding days too, and how we'd do it for camp and state track meets! We spend so much time together at Basketball practices, games, track, X-C, and the weekends. I remember never getting sick of you! Ahh...and I remember all our fun boat rides out at the Thomas house! The memories could last FOREVER! I can only remember a few times we all sat down to watch a movie because we were having too much fun with other things. Remember that time I was braiding your hair and we were watching Funniest home video's and we saw Jen McGary?!?!

I remember when you came for a visit and rode your bike off the hill and running over and seeing you laying in the rocks!

I remember when a cop came to my door and said you and Ashley had shot two boys with a be be gun and you two said that they were making fun of you so they were asking for it!!!! :)

I remember when I realized that you were more like me than another other person on earth and was so excited to have a friend!!!!! I see and hear you do things ALL the time and I think....that is so me!!

Of course my favorite memories is our days and days of SHOPPING!!!!!!

I have lots of great memories of you in the short time we have known each other, but there are two memories that I think will always stand out to me.

The first memory is the two of us being pregnant together, not just once but twice. It was so much fun to have someone to share all of the new mommy things with, while pregnant and after.

The second memory is you helping me with Jason and I's wedding. I had so much fun planning everything with you and being able to spend so much time together at such a special time in my life.

I can't tell you how blessed I feel to have you, and your family, in my life and look forward to all the memories that we have yet to make. I can't wait to watch our children grow up together. How awesome it is that they are so clos in age!!

I always think of you coming to visit in the summers. It was great. And in the winters we would come and always get to see you play ball. Grandpa was always so proud of you. I am so greatful that we are now having kids around the same time!
