Orange

On my previous post I mention a lady that wants to put a unmatched bow on a band. This is about that same lady-
She ends up buying two of the same bow, then at time of check out requests a look of a completely different bow I have in my store. She requests that it is put on an orange or pink band. I make up the bows and place them both on pink bands, for I do NOT have an orange band. I send her a picture of the two complete bows and state that they are both on the same color band because (once again) I don't have an orange band. The next e-mail I receive from her is requesting an all orange bow on an orange band. I write back "I do not have an orange band here is a list of my available colors.....". She replies, "I think I will wait on the orange bow, the outfit doesn't even fit her yet." Fast forward to yesterday... (this is the exact e-mail she sent me-)

"Alisha, It's me again. I need another bow band. Can you make up an orange bow to go on the orange knit band you showed me before. I'm thinking organza or something else light and airy. "

Are you kidding me!!! How many times do I have to tell her I DON'T HAVE AN ORANGE BAND! When did I show her an orange band from before?!?!?! I have to reply for the THIRD time and tell her that and give her the list of available colors! At first I thought maybe she was having myself and someone else make bows for her, but then she wrote to me through the same link of the bow she just purchased from me AND she uses my name! I told Troy I was actually happy when I shipped her bows and to have that transaction complete-she was driving me crazy! I had to do so much extra work! Don't get me wrong I will make more bows for her if she is paying me, but come on lady...Get a clue!

I still have not heard back from her. Maybe she realized how dumb she was!
