A few weeks back Troy and I made a little bet.
He wanted to be xxx amount of lbs. by the 4th of July.
Today is the final weigh in. Before church he had 3.5lbs to go.
After church he had 2lbs.
Now this is him, straight from church without any lunch.....
*Long Johns
*Sweat pants
*t-shirt
*2 sweaters
*1 stocking cap later
I think he is getting nervous.
Just like in High School. Wrestlers piling on the clothes running trying to sweat off some weight.
He has until midnight to get to his goal.
Stay tuned to see who wins :)
***EDIT*****
Troy won the bet. He was down on the treadmill for a good hour and managed to get 1.5lbs lighter than his goal.
Then after the weigh in, he ate lunch and drank a powerade only to be OVER the weight needed.
I lost on a technicality.
His clothes after he was done running was so GROSS! They were all just sopping with sweat and totally nasty.

Guitar Hero Dancin'
A few weeks back I committed to Troy's brother and sister in law to watch their two youngest kids Friday and Saturday. Just so happens I got really really sick while they were here.
I may not have been much fun for the little ones but they are young....they will find entertainment any where!
The weekend was spent playing LOTS and LOTS of Guitar Hero and snowboarding (wii style). I seriously will be okay if I NEVER hear "Eye of the Tiger" again. That was one of two songs that Colby could get all the way through without getting boo'd off stage so he played it over and over AND over again!
Since Taylor and Mason were a little too young to actually play the guitar, they danced to the music of it! :)
Mason cracks me up! He is one funny kid!

Food Storage Entertainment

Our little family went to Costco Saturday afternoon. While there we there we saw these food storage shelves. After seeing them Troy (of course having the creative mind that he has) decided he could build us some to put in our storage room.
He built a sampler and brought it home for a trial run.
Taylor thought it was pretty neat and it entertained her for a LONG time!

Puppy Rides

Who knew Clifford and a jump rope could be so much fun for one little girl (and a good workout for her Mom!)!

Date Night!??!!!
Alot of couples go to dinner and then hit a movie, or bowling or meet up with friends and play games ect. for a good date night.
After our dinner at Burger King then a quick Wal-Mart trip with a screaming 2 year old, we ended up back home. :)
Before dinner Troy was down stairs playing with his camera and wanted me to come down and see what he was up too.
After a few minutes of watching him and helping him with the flash we ended up getting into a competition of who could 'draw' the best! It was so much fun and I loved spending that time with him! Here are some of our creations....

Make Up

When Taylor was younger I would let her play with my make up as I was getting ready to help distract her and let me finish!
Now that she is older, wiser and knows exactly what alot of the make up does and how to open it I regret this!
Baby #2 (and any others) will not be allowed to play with Mom's make up! Plus I don't think Troy will appreciate if our little boy is running around with eye shadow all over his face and loves putting on chap stick!

Who Does She Look Like?
Since Taylor was born we always said she was a good mixture of both of us. Then it was more Troy but strangers off the street would say she looked like me. What do you think??
My Heritage votes for a good mixture too!
I did it twice...one with individual pics and then with a family pic that we had.
I like the results of the family pic better LOL!
